Two new pure Hindu Kush landraces are at the site now, both from the tribal frontier regions of the Afghan–Pakistan border. ‘Waziri’ and ‘Tora Bora’ are compact, early maturing plants that tend toward the Indica-type morphology.
We also have our first Iranian accession, a very high-yielding plant from Khorasan, an ancient centre of cannabis culture on the frontier of Afghanistan and Turkmenistan.
