Except in relation to the description of products and services available to order from our website, we do not guarantee the entire accuracy of any information provided on the website.
The Real Seed Company does not accept liability for any of the opinions expressed in, or content of, product reviews, blogs or other comments, or photographs that are shown on this site. The fact that third party opinions and comments are displayed does not mean they are endorsed, favoured or recommended by The Real Seed Company or any employee.
Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your products carefully. The Real Seed Company is not involved in the manufacture of products and will not advise on their use or operation of the manufacturers’ guidelines. You are urged to use all products safely and according to the manufacturers’ guidelines.

Returns & Refunds Policy
To give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us, we guarantee to refund any item you are not totally happy with, if returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and completed in full before submitting your order. If your order is returned to our office we will be happy to re-send it. If your order is NOT returned to our office we take no responsibility and we will not be able to re-send it free of charge under any circumstances.
An address error is not covered by our Stealth Shipping service.
Returns
We are happy to assist you with any queries about your order within 90 days from the date when the order is sent.
Should you wish to return purchased goods for any reason, you need to contact us first by phone, fax or e-mail to confirm your return, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Any goods sent back without prior consent from The Real Seed Company will be sent back at your cost.
Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
The goods should be sent back with a recorded service as we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above.
We will refund any postage costs incurred when returning items back to us. In the UK, items should be returned via First Class Recorded Delivery. Overseas, items should only be returned using your country’s national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for guaranteed next day services or other courier services.
Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our range, please contact us first, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please detail which item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement.
We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped. If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.
Refunds
We will refund the cost of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods.
Refunds will be made by crediting your card or by a cheque, depending on the method used for payment.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.
Copyright and Trade Marks
The Real Seed Company does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them. The copyright in The Real Seed Company and the content of all the software, website and pages relating to The Real Seed Company website is owned by, or licensed to The Real Seed Company. It may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of The Real Seed Company, all photographs on it and its marketing materials.
You may use The Real Seed Company content for private and non-commercial use only i.e. to view, copy and print portions of The Real Seed Company content for the sole purpose of placing orders.

The Real Seed Company will carry out its services with reasonable skill and care but does not give any guarantees in respect of other person’s services.

ZHI Trading Ltd reserves the right to take any criminal or civil action it deems fit in case of bad use of its website and its content, as well as in case of breach of the Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the applicable laws in force in the United Kingdom. In case of dispute, the parties may submit their differences to the ordinary courts in accordance with the applicable rules on international jurisdiction.

The Real Seed Company sells cannabis seeds as a collectable genetic preservation souvenir.
We dispatch our products on the condition that they will not be used in conflict with applicable local law. The regulation and enforcement in respect of some of the products we sell differ from country to country. We therefore advise you to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject. For this reason, The Real Seed Company can accept no responsibility for products intercepted or lost in transit, if you place an order for a product to be sent to a country where it is illegal.
We refuse to sell cannabis seeds to anyone we have reason to believe is not going to use for personal use only or to use them in a country where cultivation is a criminal offence.
Delivery and Shipping Policy
The Real Seed Company refuses to ship cannabis seeds to anyone who we have reason to believe is going to use the seeds to cultivate cannabis in countries where cultivating cannabis is illegal.
All orders ship from the UK by Royal Mail in conjunction with the national postal service of the customer. International delivery times advertised by Royal Mail range from 2 to 7 days, though in practice delivery can take substantially longer.
Orders ship within three working days of our receiving full payment by the customer.
Shipping costs for international orders are as follows:
Standard Internaional Airmail – £5.62 GBP
Tracked International Airmail – £10.39 GBP
Tracked & Signed International Airmail – £10.39 GBP
Delivery times can vary due to factors affecting Royal Mail and other national postal services that are outside of the control of The Real Seed Company. International delivery times in actuality can range between 3 days and 5 weeks.
Shipping costs for orders to UK addresses are as follows:
First Class – £3.45
Signed For First Class – £4.45
Special Delivery – £7.50
Delivery is typically one day after dispatch. This may vary due to factors affecting Royal Mail that are outside the control of The Real Seed Company.
Drug Policy
The Real Seed Company does not encourage the use, supply or production of illegal drugs or controlled substances in any way.
