An early maturing Turkish cannabis landrace with similar characteristics to Near Eastern dry-sieve hashish strains such as the Lebanese and Syrian.

Fast-flowering, compact, and resinous, this landrace exhibits aromas that are hashy, floral, and spicy, with notes of coffee on curing.

Most likely this Turkish landrace strain was domesticated for production of sieved hashish, though it may have some history for use as bud too.

Typical potency is moderate. Significant amounts of CBD are likely present in most plants, as is usual in Near Eastern hashish-type landraces. This trait may have been increased due to work by western breeders interested in creating a CBD cultivar.

Plants within a population of this landrace are likely to exhibit a range of chemotypes from THC- to CBD-dominant.

Regional harvest is from late-August through September, making it well-suited for northern latitudes.

The field photos show plants from this accession at 43° N in mid-July.
